When we woke up this morning after last nights storm, we immediately noticed all of the damage left behind by intense hail, rain and flooding. The first thing my mother said was, "Oh look, all of the roses are gone." As I got closer I noticed that at the very top of the rose bush was this small bud. The only one left.
